Solar Emotion (Korean: 솔라감성), also known as Solar Gamsung and Solar Sensitivity, is a musical project by Solar that unofficially started her career as a soloist. The project started in 2015. The sixth part of the project was released as an EP, with the LP version containing all of the songs in the project. After the release of Part.6, Solar hosted a solo concert called Emotion Concert Blossom.
On January 10, 2024, after nearly 6 years, a new installment of Solar Emotion was announced. Part.7 was released on January 18, 2024 at 6 PM KST.[1]
Project Concept[]
"지금 이 순간 솔라감성"
As of 2018, Solar has released a total of 11 songs throughout the project, with the songs being remakes and covers of old songs by former Korean soloists. The exceptions to the concept are "Nada Sou Sou", as it is of Japanese origin, and "Star Wind Flower Sun", because MAMAMOO is still active and Solar herself made the song.

- The MV of "In My Dreams" features Seoho of ONEUS.
- Yong Sun-hae (용선해), Solar's "grandmother" character featured in Emotion Concert Blossom, is a fan of Moon Byul.[2]
